Ubiquitous among videos, articles, and other media put out there by conservative writers and talking heads alike is a narrative that claims that conservatives are somehow persecuted, but then claims they have to keep at it because they are the ones protecting American freedom.
However, both claims are completely false – and Classically Abby’s recent video making those claims is no exception to that. She claims that conservatives are subjected to all kinds of aggressions in society – even though in reality it is they who are most likely to be the ones dishing such aggressions out. She claims that conservatives are the ones standing up against efforts to re-write American history – but in reality, it is they who are constantly trying to rewrite it.

In my response to her video, I take a number of the claims that she makes in her video, and one by one expose them as the falsehoods that they are. From her claim that conservatives risk having their personal information doxed, to her claim that conservatives are the champions of free speech, I lay her falsehoods bare.
Classically Abby thinks that in the absence of a real-live Superman, conservatives are the warriors of truth, justice, and the American way. But in reality, they are not the Supermen in this scenario – more like the Lex Luthors.
